It started with a doodle, and grew to become something much more. Normalizing menstruation is incredibly important to me, and in writing this book, I hope I can contribute positivity and knowledge for the next generation. Special shoutout to my two daughters who are an infinite source of joy.

Clear directions (approved by my 9 and 16 year old daughters) help take the mystery out of tampons.

I intentionally use the term "trusted adult". Sometimes your trusted adult is your dad, the nurse at school or your grandmother. Using inclusive language helps remove the idea that this is a topic you can only discuss with a mother, or worse, not discussed at all.
